The Definitive Historical Atlas of the Battle of New Market

The Battle of New Market took place on May 15, 1864. It was in this conflict that hundreds of cadets from the Virginia Military Institute, many of them children, saved the Confederate battle line. Their role in the battle has achieved legendary status in both film, literary and American history. The result of that struggle was a total Confederate victory. This is the definitive historical atlas of that battle.
